Cozy, Spanish-style house (semi-detached house) with a fantastic view of the Bay of Alcudia, the Tramutana Mountains with the Cap Formentor and on the other side the Sierra Llevant massif. Restaurants, supermarket, nature reserve and the sea can be reached on foot within 5 minutes.
The house has three bedrooms. Two of them with access to the sea view balcony, equipped with double bed 1.80 * 2m and air conditioning. The third room is equipped with a French bed 140 * 2m and offers a breathtaking view of the mountain backdrop. There are two spacious bathrooms, each with a bath.
On the ground floor there is the living / dining area with access to the second sea view balcony, as well as a guest toilet and the kitchen with the adjoining utility room. The living / dining area is also equipped with air conditioning. From the kitchen you reach a spacious terrace, which leads to another, slightly higher terrace, on which there is a small pool of approx. 3 x 4 meters. These two terraces guarantee absolute privacy because they are not visible. In addition to the air conditioning, there is also central heating and a fireplace, which make the house a cozy home even in winter.
