Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom and the first bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing six steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first and second bedroom through an access area.
Top FloorKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen three French doors will take you to the patio and the garden.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room also has a window, as well as a Juliet balcony.
