A newly constructed luxury villa of contemporary design with exquisite decoration and high quality finishes. It is located in the urbanization of Aigua Gelida, just 1.5 km from the beach of Tamariu, in a privileged location with magnificent views of the coast.
It is the ideal home for relaxing in, given its very quiet location and fantastic views. The property offers a private garden and private pool of 12x3 meters with excellent sea views. The house offers a very light space thanks to its large windows that allow the natural light to enter throughout the day.
Villa Tamariu is divided into three levels.
On the upper floor we find the garage and the entrance hall with access to the elevator and a fantastic terrace with sea views.
On the first floor is the sleeping area with four bedrooms; two bedrooms with double beds, both with access to terraces with splendid sea views, a double room and a triple room (double room with single bunk) and two bathrooms with showers. The bathrooms have contemporary finishes and high-quality accessories. On the same level is the private laundry area with washer and dryer.
The ground floor consists of a large and bright day area with two living rooms and a large dining room and the open kitchen area, fully equipped and integrated into the space. The whole living area also enjoys the fantastic sea view with direct access to the outdoor terrace area and pool. In addition, on this same level we find a courtesy bathroom. The ground floor offers a very bright and comfortable space for relaxing, directly linked to a large outdoor terrace area, ideal for al fresco dining, with a beautiful oak wood dining table and barbecue area.
