The villa, surrounded on all sides by a courtyard of about 400sqm, has a veranda accessible from the sleeping area on the north side and a furnished veranda on the south side, complete with a laundry area with washing machine, sink, and barbecue. Next to the outdoor shower, the pedestrian access communicates directly with the path that crosses the pinewood to the beach of Campulongu.
Internally the spaces are arranged as follows: • air-conditioned living room and TV, dining table with 4 seats • equipped kitchen • air-conditioned master bedroom with en-suite bathroom [shower - sink - WC and bidet] and patio door • air conditioned bunk bedroom • second bathroom with shower - sink - toilet and bidet • large covered veranda with outdoor table [6 seats] and laundry / barbecue area.
