Villa Shanti has a amazing panoramic sea view, it is set in a peaceful location, the pool is more than magnificent and Kalathas sandy Beach is just 5 mins away from the villa. Shanti is newly refurbished with all luxury furnishment , satellite TV, Wi-fi, Gym, Sauna, Maid service and complete privacy.
The villa is built in three floors, with direct access from the pool and terrace area to the main floor with its large, fully equipped modern kitchenn sufficient place setting for up to twelve people. Also this floor consists of a modern furnished spacious open plan living and sitting area including a fireplace for the cooler evenings as well as satellite TV , here you will also find a guest toilet.
On the upper floor is the 80sqm master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a small sitting area , walk in closet and a twin bedroom in connection to the master bedroom perfect for younger children to be sleeping in.
On the lower ground floor are four bedrooms, three of them with direct access to the garden a Gym and a small courtyard and a laundrey room . There is air conditioning in all rooms.
