The equipment of the villa leaves nothing to be desired. The whole has has tile floors and no rugs - which is ideal for allergy sufferers. The master bedroom with direct access to the pool area features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a large private bathroom with double sink, shower, tub and toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet. Both use the second bathroom with direct pool access, bathtub, and toilet.
The living area offers abundant space for 6 people featuring flat-screen TV, DVD and cable TV. Large sliders open directly to the lanai and pool area. The spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance. The dining area is right next to it. If you have to work in your vacation the house offers an office with WLAN printer.
The heated pool in the pool area is big enough to swim. Also you can relax on one of the sun loungers in the pool area. The covered lanai area has a dining table that sits up to 6 people and a BBQ for sizzling steaks.
