Wonderful historic villa with terrace and exclusive access to the sea, a short distance from the village of Scopello and the famous Tonnara.
Located on the Faraglioni of Scopello, Villa La Fenice is one of the few historic villas on the sea in this location. The property is surrounded by greenery and enjoys every comfort to ensure its guests a vacation of relaxation and privacy. The outdoor spaces are the highlight of this villa, a terrace with sea view where guests can relax with friends and sunbathe and a patio equipped with a dining table.
