Positive: Villa is gorgeous and modern. Had plenty of seats in the garden and the pool is a great touch. Villa was clean overall and had kitchen space.
Negative: 1. the address of the property provided on booking.com doesn’t bring you exactly to the property therefore you have to zoom in and find it. The owner should really send you it when you book. I messaged owner early in the morning and didn’t get a response till I was at the property for 45 minutes. I was early to the property and didn’t know which villa it was. I struggled to get a response from the owner for a while. They only replied to me around 45 min after me being outside the property. 2. Once I was at the property , I was early which is on me . the cleaner was there. The cleaner had finished around 2pm however the owner didn’t allow us to check in then. They made us wait until 3pm even though we were outside the property. 2. Caretaker asked if we would like mopeds which we said yes. He said they would arrive in 30 minutes. After 1h 30 min passed I had to contact them and ask where they were as we was waiting to go out, to be told there sold out ? 3. Ants appear everywhere from nowhere when you have food. 4. There are stray dogs which come into the garden as the property doesn’t have a gate , one even stayed overnight outside. 5. The location is far from everything Really . Took us 1 hour to get to fisherman’s village. Checkout was 11 , caretaker was outside at 20 past 10. Tried to charge electricitly however there is no information about this in the booking at all. We had also paid £63 in taxes and charges on top of paying £700 for this accommodation.
