The Kassandra luxury villa is located just 6 kilometers away from the main town of Parikia on Paros and just 3 kilometers away from Paros airport, on a hillside position in the Gulf of Ayia Irini, just 500 meters away from the sandy Palm beach, the villa has an unobstructed unique view to the beach of Ayia Irini and to the islands of Antiparos, Sifnos, and Serifos.
The villa Kassandra offers a large external area decorated with many colorful plants, garden furniture, a huge infinity swimming pool, a barbecue, an outside kitchen, covered parking and a large table that can sit from 12 to 14 people. The exclusive access road to the villa, and the fantastic views from all parts internally and externally, provide the possibility of a real relaxation in a safe and pleasant environment.
The whole villa is 257 sq.m. with a private 2000 sqm plot, a private entrance, covered and open terraces, three parking spaces, a unique view to the islands of Antiparos and Sifnos.
