Beautiful traditional summer house located near the beach, 250 meters from Arenal Beach, famous for its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. The area offers a multitude of services, including restaurants, grocery stores, bars, pharmacies, boutiques, car and bike rentals, and a long list of other amenities.The house is a 215-square-meter detached villa with an outdoor terrace where we have a barbecue for enjoying al fresco dining in the summer. Inside, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, and four full bathrooms.
