There are also numerous bars, restaurants, PO, Bank, Cinema, & local boutiques in the lovely cobbled streets of the 'Old Town' , together with the renown Sunday morning market.
SPORTING ACTIVITIES in the vicinity include tree wire, paragliding, mountain climbing, tennis, horse riding and of course kayaking through the Aveyron Gorge.

Stairs at the front of the villa lead up to a large wide terrace with dining table/chairs, overlooking the pool & garden and with fabulous views of the river and cliffs overlooking the Gorge d'Aveyron directly in front.
UPPER FLOOR : is a large open plan light & bright living/dining room, with 2 x large sofas, wood burning stove & TV with free to view English channels. 2 sets of double doors lead onto the terrace.
Adjacent well equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, upright fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave & washing machine.
A corridor leads to the 3 recently refurbished bedrooms consisting of:
BEDROOM I : A bright sunny room with KING SIZE BED, ENSUITE SHOWER & sink. Full size wardrobe & storage and views of the village of St Antonin.
BEDROOM II - TWIN BEDED room with built in storage wardrobes and views of the the village
BEDROOM III - SINGLE BED wiith built in wardrobes and side garden view.
FAMILY BATHROOM - Also on this floor, with full size bath with bath/shower attachment, sink & WC.

LOWER (GARDEN) FLOOR
Accessed from the garden level,
BEDROOM IV : LARGE TWIN bedded ROOM with wardrobe, bedside cabinets and double doors, opening onto the garden & pool.
This room has its own LARGE ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with large shower cubicle, sink & WC
EXTERNALLY
PRIVATE POOL : 8 x 4m, has recently been refurbished and enjoys full sunshine all day long.
The pool has a constant depth of 1.20m, so ideal to play childrens games.
The pool area is fenced for child security with lockable gate access & is surrounded by a paved area with loungers, side tables and parasols. Also outdoor lights for evening use.
GARDEN
The enclosed garden has a driveway for up to 3 cars off-street parking, and lockable private gates.
French lavender plants create a wonderful fragrance around the garden.
There is also a charcoal BBQ for guests use
The nearby Moulin is a converted Mill and Group Gite De France used by various groups for accommodation whilst using the nearby leisure and recreational activities. The surrounding area does experience more activity in high season weeks.
