It is located on a hill, reserved among olive and almond trees, but open to the sea. Olive trees, almond trees and lawns mitigate the temperature during the hottest hours of the day, while the private swimming pool (4m x 10m) for the exclusive use of the villa's guests offers the perfect refreshment in the summer heat. The villa has a large living room with sitting area, dining area and direct access to the kitchen, which thanks to a large sliding glass door can be connected to the external area in a single space, allowing you to cook practically outdoors, adjacent to the large veranda.
