Located just 26 km from the airport and 22 km from enviable sandy beaches, it offers us a natural outdoor land of more than 300 m2, with 150 m2 of housing, 30 m2 of covered terrace and private pool in a fenced space for the safety of the most small, which is available between the months of May and October. Our spacious chalet is distributed in 3 bedrooms; the main one has 2 beds of 190x 135 and 2 beds of 190x90, as well as a two-door wardrobe and a 6-drawer chest; the second has another 3 beds of 190x90 and the third has 2 more beds of 1.05x190 which gives us a total capacity of 11 people. All of them have ceiling fans that will refresh us on Murcian summer afternoons. The living room has a TV area and free WIFI to enjoy the best movies in the company of whoever you decide, with 2 sofas, one for 3 seats and the other for 2 seats, and an individual reclining wing chair, ideal for enjoy our typical Spanish naps. In the dining area we have a table for 8 people, and a large capacity open fireplace that will warm us in the autumn nights or during the winter. The house has 1 full bathroom, with sink, toilet, bathtub and bidet, as well as storage space; 1 completely renovated bathroom, with a washbasin, toilet and shower in pave, recently decorated in whites and blues; and 1 third toilet with toilet and sink. The spacious kitchen of our holiday rental villa has all the necessary utensils for its use: Kitchen with electric burners, smoke extractor, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee maker; as well as a table for 4 people. The wide natural terrain outside the house allows us to enjoy mountain views, as well as a wide space to share with friends and family, either with a splendid meal, thanks to the covered kitchen space available and which includes from a wood oven, a barbecue and grill, even a sink, as well as the leisure facilities that it gives us, since we can use the traditional iron swings, its ping-pong table, the target, the basketball basket or requesting touring bikes in advance from their owners who could provide us with up to 4 of them, or even some more.
