Located in Üzümlü Village, this holiday villa has a single bedroom and a capacity of 2 people. Our villa has been opened in the summer season of 2020 (after 10 August), and this summer season has been put into service for the first time.
Our villa with authentic Mediterranean architecture has a private step-entrance swimming pool and a shallow pool. You can enjoy the sun loungers in the shallow pool. There is also a shower, a swing, a sitting group consisting of two single seats and an authentic stone sitting group in the shape of a crescent.
This section is always shaded and sheltered during daylight hours. In this section, there is also a coffee table with a diameter of 90 cm, where you can eat your meals. A portable barbecue is also available.
There is a living room and an open-plan kitchen in the entrance section of our single-floor villa. From the living room there is an entrance to the Indoor pool room and the bedroom. Our master bedroom has a large double bed and a jacuzzi (185 cm x 120 cm). In this room, we also have a WC and a bath-like bathroom. The LEDs for lighting have RGB feature and their colors can be changed with the remote control.
Our Indoor Pool room is a stepped indoor pool of 3 meters by 3.5 meters, and this pool also has a shallow part where you can lie down. There are two sun loungers in this section for you to relax. There is also a sink, WC, shower and sauna at the back.
It is 15-20 minutes (about 10 km) from Kalkan city center by driving, and 2.5 km from the village square, mosque and restaurant. For your shopping, you can ask for takeaway from the markets in the village square.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 400 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
