Villa Esmeralda is a charming and bright two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Esmeralda you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Esmeralda is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Mazara del Vallo, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 600 meters (660 yards) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Esmeralda from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.
To stay at Villa Esmeralda you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.50 meters (8 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by awnings and by a wood roof. This area is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool.

It is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.

The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through a corridor.
