Additionally, the beach is less than 300 meters away, allowing you to enjoy both peace and the proximity to the coast.The enclosed 1,200 m² garden is situated on a hill and beautifully landscaped with a private pool (4.5x8m, depth 1.10 to 1.8m, with lighting and an electric safety cover).
