Welcome to Villa DellaTerra, a green oasis surrounded by citrus fruits and ancient olive trees, located in a quiet neighborhood in the historic town of Alcamo, near the picturesque Castellammare del Golfo. This villa was one of the first Airbnb listings in the area. Constantly improved over the years to accommodate guests' needs, we are excited to present a fresh new look after an ongoing renovation.
The villa boasts 100sqm of living space with brand-new furniture and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
Inside, you will find a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living room with air-conditioning. The living room features a dining table and a 65-inch smart TV, as well as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for working or catching up on emails thanks to the reliable internet connection available throughout the entire villa.
The villa also features 2 full bathrooms and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, and one single bedroom, all equipped with brand-new comfortable beds. The two double bedrooms also have a desk and chair, ideal for working or planning your day's adventures. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for those who prefer a larger bed or have special needs.
Outside, you'll find a lush garden with citrus trees and ancient olive trees, as well as two verandas. One has a BBQ and is connected to the kitchen, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals al fresco, the other offers a nice view of the pool and is the perfect spot for lounging and relaxing during the rest of the day.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the crystal-clear pool, with a built-in whirlpool feature and a shallow area suitable for small children. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All of these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
For a hassle-free vacation, we highly recommend renting a car directly at your arrival airport, where you can find the best deals and vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for those without a driver's license or not interested in renting a car, we can arrange a taxi service.
Inside the walls of the villa, you'll have your own private, gated parking with space for up to three large cars. The parking area also features a charging station for electric vehicles.
