Situated near Acireale in southeastern Sicily, Villa Ceglie is a modern seafront villa with large terraces and a private swimming pool, heated on request. Perfect for a seaside holiday, the villa is conveniently located just 10m from the beach and within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and delicatessen. Villa Ceglie (300 sqm) develops over two levels: the Manor House with ground and first floor and the Pool House. The villa has disabled access and a bathroom for the disabled.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a large sofa, a dining room, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, one bathroom (toilet and sink), and laundry room.

Outside, we have a pool house which includes a changing room, bathroom with shower, terraces, garden, private swimming pool, and solarium. The garden features a large solarium alongside a spacious terrace of 100 sqm with a saltwater swimming pool (measuring 6.50 x 13 meters and max 1.35 meters deep, open all year round) which can be heated on request (heated only from 01.03 to 30.11; up to 26°C). Additional amenities include a barbecue, beach umbrella, chairs, sun loungers, sofa and private parking.
