Villa Carmen is located in a residential area of Sant Pere de Ribes, just 5 minutes by car from Sitges, and 5 minutes from Vilanova y la Geltrú. It has a capacity for 10 people, is a comfortable, spacious and modern style villa that makes you can enjoy relaxing holidays with family and friends.
It is fully equipped to enjoy a good breakfast on the covered terrace, or prepare food on the BBQ located next to the outdoor pool, and the chill out area.
In the garden area you can enjoy a good barbecue while your family enjoy a swim in the outdoor heated pool of 5 meters x 3 meters.

Low level
On the ground floor is the dining-lounge, bright and decorated with modern style. From the dining area you can access the terrace where the outdoor dining room is covered by a porch. The living room has a fireplace, relax and read a good book, it will be a good option while you use the fireplace on those cold days, with good company, from the living room you can access the pool area and the chill out
The kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, to be able to cook in those days when you want to enjoy the Villa.
First floor
On the first floor, there are three of the five spacious and bright rooms, as the villa is very clear. Two of the rooms have double beds and the third room has two single beds, accessible to a terrace with views of the sea, and the pine area. Rooms that share a luxurious bathroom, spacious, covered in marble, the material used makes it elegant.
Second floor
On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a large double bed, you can enjoy the silence of the night sitting on the sofa located on the terrace that has access from the room, you can also enjoy the sea and mountain views .
The fifth room, and last of the Villa, is also of marriage, in the case of families the youngest can sleep in this room. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. These two rooms share the bathroom.
Private pool that can be heated in the months of autumn and winter, with a supplement of € 200 for the autumn months, and € 250 for the winter months.
Heating in all rooms, and air conditioning in living room, double room, and master bedroom.
Villa in a quiet area, no noise. At about 200 meters from the house there is a paddle and tennis club with a public pool.
Parties are not allowed in the Villa.

5 minutes from Sitges, nice town, where you can enjoy a Mediterranean cuisine and its beaches, and its marina d'Aiguadolç, where we can indicate restaurants, and what to do in Sitges. If you want to know the great cosmopolitan city, Barcelona, and spend a day of museums and shops, it is only 40 minutes from the Villa to the big city.
And 5 minutes away from the town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, where there is a great variety of restaurants and boutiques, and its nautical port.
The check ins will be done in the Villa, normally the entrance to the Villa will be from 4pm where the person in charge of receiving them will wait for them upon arrival. Prior to arrival we contact our customers via email where we finalize your entire stay, in case you need some extra accommodation, such as a cot and highchair for your baby. Or they need an extra cleaning, with additional charge.
Check ins after 10pm have an additional cost of € 40
The passports of all guests will be requested upon check-in to take a photo. The data will be used to make the police record only.
In the months of low season, from the month of November to April, there is an additional cost of € 125 / week for heating and electricity.
