Positive: We were two couples staying at Villa Carla, and it was a terrific spot for us. The villa was as pictured, with one bedroom with ensuite bath on the top floor and two other bedrooms with one bathroom on the main floor. The villa was very clean, beds were quite comfortable, and rooms offered ceiling fans and AC (however, staying in October, AC wasn't necessary). The villa was amongst other properties, but was very quiet. The main feature for us was the beautiful terrace with a table, wrap-around couch and chairs. We spent a lot of time outside for breakfast and evening wine. We appreciated that the villa came with some kitchen items (coffee pods, tea, salt/pepper/spices, dish/hand soap, paper towel roll, along with a couple rolls of toilet paper), it was well stocked with general kitchen items. Communicating with Carla was super easy -- she is very friendly and responsive, providing detailed instructions along with recommendations for the area. It was easy to get into the villa, and it provided a dedicated parking spot, which was perfect for our rental car. We didn't use the pool much, but it's a good size and clean, with some deck chairs and nice view of the mountains. As others have mentioned, the villa is above the town and is about a 15-minute walk down (an energetic walk back up), but it's on the side nearest to the marina, along with a couple of small markets for food staples/wine as well as the main stop for the tram to Soller and the beach is a short stroll down the promenade. The villa is also a short 5-minute walk to a beautiful hotel with their Sunset Lounge--definitely recommend a reservation--beautiful views and good food. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying at Villa Carla!
