Villa Can Biel Canyamel is a modern property located on the seafront in an exclusive and very quiet area of Canyamel, just 5 minute's drive from the center of this small coastal town on the east coast of Mallorca with a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for families with small children.
The ground floor of Villa Can Bien Canyamel offers a large living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and two reclining armchairs in front of a TV, a large dining table for 8 people, a fully furnished kitchen right next to the dining room with high-quality appliances and has everything you need to meet your daily needs. From the living room and the kitchen, there is access to a large terrace with a Balinese bed, a rest area, a high table with stools, and a large barbecue (butane). Going down some steps, you reach the pool area with sunbeds and an outdoor shower (the pool is 7m long and 3-4 meters wide, and the depth is 2 m.). The living room also has access to another covered terrace with a dining table where you will enjoy your meals overlooking the sea.
From practically every corner of the house and the terrace, you will enjoy spectacular views over the sea and the mountains. Those who like to get up early will also be able to enjoy the sunrises that will take your breath away.
On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a dressing room, another double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dressing room, and two other bedrooms have two single beds each. The three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. From each bedroom you will enjoy the impressive views; in addition, each one has access to a long balcony that connects all the bedrooms.
