As you step inside, you are greeted by an open plan design creating a sense of spaciousness. Expansive high ceilings, a tiled floor and an open fully equipped kitchen. The bright living room has a sliding door leading to the furnished covered porch, screened pool area, deck and south oriented pool. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals while staying in contact with the rest of the family. You will also have a view at the pool area.
Next to the living room with also a sliding door to the covered porch and pool area lies the spacious master bedroom set apart from the other bedrooms for ultimate privacy. A master bathroom next to the master bedroom with a garden tub and a large walk in shower with plenty of space to unwind. A walk-in closet inside the master bathroom ensures ample storage.
Near the entrance of the villa you will find the two additional bedrooms. Between the two bedrooms the second bathroom is located with inside a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

You will have the best of both worlds. Inside Southern Dunes you will have local amenities that include tennis courts, an Olympic size community pool (not heated), a play area, fishing lake and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. And just minutes away you will find a supermarket and Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27. On both sides of US 27 you will find a lot of restaurants.
