Summary: The villa was not up to the standard I would expect at this price, the location was ok, but not good, very close to other villas, and if you like listening to parents screaming at their children in German all day then this is good for you. Very poor standard of decoration and fit, plumbing was substandard with a broken shower which we had to get fixed. Why it was not checked before we arrived I really don't understand. The decor is very poor, with numerous bits of wooden wall fittings hanging off. Fittings were of a poor standard, just about every item in the kitchen was mismatched or chipped, no plug in the sink, and the main hob was only partially functional, generally of a low standard.
