Villa Artista is a simply stunning 3 bedroom linked villa in a small urbanization of like staled villas. It offers amazing living over 3 floors with a fabulous roof terrace offering views of the sea. The private and secluded back garden is well laid out for outside summer living and has a superb swimming pool just for you.
Our linked 3 bedroom villa offers a huge amount of living space in an open plan style to simply love. You can enter the living room from the front door and via a small glass walled hallway or from the garden and swimming pool by massive floor to ceiling glass sliding windows that fully open. To the back of the space is a smart galley style kitchen and in front of the breakfast bar and looking out to the garden is a rustic dining table and an eclectic mix of dining chairs, reminding you of the artists who own this wonderful villa. Perfectly placed to share the entertainment and conversations with the chef of the day and perfect for easy dining and with a wonderful view!
Over to the left is a large corner style blue fabric sofa and single chairs that surround a modern blue wall unit that house the smart flat screen television. This offers a selections of European tv channels to suit many tastes. A wonderful array of decorations and paintings add to the fabulous style of this space and make it really feel like a home from home with fabulous thoughts and touches.
The kitchen is divided from the living space by a white breakfast bar and workspace, overhead is an extractor for the electric fitted hob. We have added some bar stools so you can enjoy the cooking experience using all the wonderful fresh produce so easily available in the Algarve. Practical features include fitted appliances hidden behind the fitted kitchen doors keeping clean and stylish lines. You will find an eye level electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We have added a kettle, tester and Dulce Gusto capsule coffee machine too.
Located just by the front door and facing to the front of the villa is the ground floor bedroom. Its is laid out with a large super kingsize bed with an all important air con unit overhead to keep you nice and cool in the hot summers. Fitted wardrobes, a desk and chair offer plenty of practical features. Wonderful sliding windows let you our into a small private garden. This spot really makes a fabulous morning place to sit, relax and contemplate your day. Next the bedroom is a bathroom with an ultra modern feel. Fitted with a walk-in shower, basin set into a smart bright white vanity unit with plenty of storage in the cupboards below. Also fitted with a white suite to include a toilet and bidet.
Heading upstairs you will find a family bedroom fitted with bunk beds, just great for younger miner of the family. A desk and some storage have been added all in smart white keeping a lovely fresh and clean feeling to the room. Thats all important Air conditioning is set upon the wall. French windows open up onto a terrace with a little table and chairs again offering another private space to enjoy.
The Master bedroom is a little further along the hall and also overlooks the garden. A lovely kingsize bed dominates the room with bedside cupboards each side and matching lamps. Overhead is an air conditioning unit, These units can all supply, in super fast time fresh cool air in the summer months but also wonderful cosy warm air in the winter months.
The en suite bathroom offers a bath and overhead rainforest style shower. The smart white suite also consist of a basin set into a vanity unit with cupboards below, a toilet and a bidet. On the tiled wall is set a fantastic large mirror.
Each bedroom has its own private little space to simply love. The bedrooms on the 1st floor open to an extensive balcony with amazing views.
The swimming pool really finishes of the wonderful features this fabulous 3 bedroom linked villa offers. Smart azul blue tiles gives crystal clear feel to the pool and it makes for a welcome cooling dip in the the summer months. Surrounding the pool is tiles where you will find sun loungers and lovely places to sit and simply enjoy a relaxing holiday.

## Neighborhood
Luz de Tavira is a suburb of Tavira and is around 5 km from the centre of Tavira City. ther is a good train and bus link and it is very easy to uses taxis to get into and out of Tavira. There is also the cycle path that runs along to coastline. The nearest beaches are at Santa Luzia. Situated towards the coast and less than 3 km from Luz de Tavira Santa Luzia is a small fishing village that makes for an enjoyable relaxed holiday destination or interesting day trip from Tavira. Santa Luzia is famed for its octopus, which is caught using traditional methods by the fishing fleet and then served up in the family run restaurants that line the harbour front.
## Transit
If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended. Both the bus and train stations are nearby. It is also easy to call a taxis and Uber is also now quite popular in Olhão.
