The property is accessed from the gated car park where steps lead up to the main entrances - the lower entrance leads to a hall and the master bedroom, games room and utility room and the upper entrance leads to the spacious lounge with wood burning stove, the fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom, family bathroom, double bedroom 2 and separate dining room with spiral staircase to the ground floor. Bedrooms: 3. The bedrooms are spacious and all have air conditioning/heating, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail and the master suite with ceiling fan and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and electric wall mounted radiator. All bedrooms are fully furnished with bedside tables, modern furniture and fitted wardrobes. Bathrooms: 3: The master bedroom and master suite have en-suite shower rooms, the family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and hot air radiator. Utility Room: Located on the lower level with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Games Room: Located on the lower level with pool table and television. Outdoor Area: Lovely, tranquil enclosed garden with pergola for al fresco dining, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views, private pool and sun terrace with outdoor shower. The property is fully fenced and gated, very private and within walking distance of the village. Parking in front of the house, not closed, for 2 vehicles.
