The villa has a kitchen that is equipped with the most modern appliances. There is a Boretti gas stove (6 burners) and a large oven. There is present: 2 fridges with separate freezer compartment + fridge in the bar, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, senseo, kettle and a range of crockery, glasses and other kitchen utensils and a washing machine and dryer. The dining room with fireplace has a large dining table with sideboard and 2 children's chairs. There is also a large LCD TV (124 cm) here. In the salon ground floor is a fireplace and various seating areas. There is also an LCD TV (82 cm) with a DVD player with many DVDs. There is a spacious bathroom on both the ground floor and the first floor. These have a large bath with Whirlpool, separate shower, toilet and double sink. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor there is a separate toilet with urinal. In the basement there is a salon with an LCD t. with satellite connection, a home cinema set, a fireplace, a bar, a dining area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with separate toilet. There are 7 attractively decorated bedrooms.

Summary: Fifteen of us descended on this lovely villa and had a wonderful time. the views are spectacular, the house well-equipped and the pool area fantastic. the grandchildren loved the pool, the trampoline and played boules in the play area. Belves is a charming town and the people are very friendly. we joined in the 'Gourmande' evening both wednesdays - tip, take your own cutlery and plates - great fun. Few issues with the toddler and boisterous youngsters so had to move some of the more delicate adornments in the house but thankfully everything survived. A fence and gate at the top of the steps from the pool area would be a good addition - we used chairs as a barrier for the toddler. would definitely recommend.
