The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.
The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers.
