Perched between the 5th and 6th holes of the Arnold Palmer signature course in the quiet Terraces community and close to a residence only gate; the location allows for easy entry and exit to the resort. The property also has its own private driveway and garage. Situated on the largest and most exclusive 2300-acre resort in Central Florida, Reunion Resort and Golf Club features three world famous signature golf courses, numerous natural conservation areas traversed by miles of beautiful walking trails, six community pools, waterpark with lazy river, activities for children, five restaurants, full service spa and many other on-site amenities and activities.
The home strikes the perfect balance of tasteful modern luxury and comfort accompanied by breathtaking views. This beautiful and spacious condo comes with central heat and air conditioning, free Wi-fi, cable and washer and dryer. The home features a spacious living and dining area with open floor plan complete with sofa, armchairs, a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and dining area. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The large master suite features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom complete with granite counters, twin sinks and shower. The second guest room has a queen sized bed, while the third guest room is furnished with two twin beds. The second full (shower and tub) bathroom is conveniently located between both guest bedrooms. French doors connect the living room to a private wrap around balcony with comfortable seating and stunning views of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course.
Reunion Resort is located just miles from Disney World, 3 miles from all the restaurants and amenities at Champions Gate and less than a mile from the Ovation shopping area with a Publix supermarket, cafes, ATMs and takeout options. It is also just 27 miles from Orlando International Airport.
You will have access to six on-site pools (Terraces, Seven Eagles, Carriage Pointe, Homestead, Heritage Crossing South and Heritage Crossing North). You will also have access to the on-site gym. A children’s activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, restaurants and bars are also available (additional fees are payable onsite).
