Between Ses Salines and Es Llombards is this 2017 completely restored and renovated country house Finca "Casa Coco", which has a floor space of approximately 250 m2.
All 3 tastefully furnished double bedrooms have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are modern and spacious and have floor-to-ceiling showers. The partially open dining area is very tastefully and lovingly furnished in country house style and is adjacent to a reading or Study. From the dining room leads to the side terrace. The separate high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and from here you can access the cozy pool terrace with large dining table. Also from the kitchen leads into the spacious living room with a cozy couch landscape. The utility room with washing machine is located separately.
Directly on the terrace is the 8 x 3 m large pool in a well-tended garden with native plants. Side of the finca is a separate BBQ Casita (gas grill) with dining table and kitchenette and a comfortable lounge or Relaxation area. Sufficient bamboo sun loungers around the pool ensure your well-deserved relaxation. The modern and loving country house design paired with bright furniture offers an ambience to feel good.
