The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a large island, is a dream come true for any cook, and the stainless steel appliances add a modern touch to the space.
For your entertainment, the home has smart TVs and complimentary high speed wifi.
The primary bedroom suite features double doors that open up to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, boasting granite double sinks, a garden tub, and a seamless glass shower.
Plus, the AC was newly installed in 2022, ensuring your comfort year-round. There are in-home laundry machines, and you can park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage. Our guests also have access to the community clubhouse, pool, boat ramp, fitness center, and more.

The clubhouse is open daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, while the pool, pool deck area, and playground are open from dawn to dusk. Please note that an access card is needed to gain entry to these facilities.
