***Updated Pictures!!*** This newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the water at the Grand Glaize Bridge near the 19 mile marker. Enjoy relaxing inside or outside on the large lakefront deck complete with plenty of seating and an extra refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath, a 40" HD Cable TV and a door that leads to the deck. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so the kids can easily bring a friend. The living room has two reclining chairs as well as recliners built into the sofa and equipped with HD Cable TV. The complex has a very nice pool and a poolside deck that looks out over the lake. Golf, shopping, go-carting, restaurants, Big Surf Waterpark, are all very close by. The outlet mall is just minutes away. The condo is equipped with an electronic keypad lock with dedicated personalized PIN. Old PINs are deactivated for your security and safety. Minimum age for rental 25 years old and will be verified.

Summary: Super clean, updated finishes, calming decor. Property grounds, parking lot, pool are very well kept and up to date. Felt safe everywhere with little kids. Porch overlooking the lake was wonderful. I liked the location of this unit being on the edge of the entire property, nice view of the lake and not much foot traffic going by. Well stocked kitchen with paper goods. Loved all the extra hooks throughout for hanging towels and swim stuff! Only drawbacks are master bed was uncomfortable it felt a bit worn out, and would be nice to have a couple more bath towels in the bathrooms. Overall a really great place for a worry free getaway.
