Enjoy a beautifully remodeled 3bd/2ba home centrally located in Denver, within 10 minutes from Downtown, 20 to red rocks, 30 minutes to airport! Serene and peaceful space, with lots of natural light :) The house backs to open space, and the living space windows look out onto a wonderful park and playground, with mature trees and a creek and bike path running through, which can take you all the way into downtown! There is a gate in the backyard to directly access the park and path. We have bikes available to rent. for a small fee. With a well stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished living room, and cozy private bedrooms, you'll have everything you need! Extra long driveway for plenty of off-street parking, and a covered porch/patio which can also be parked under as a carport. Plenty of awesome restaurants nearby, some within walking distance just blocks away! Living space includes baby grand Monarch cabinet Piano for your enjoyment, and a record player if you'd like to partake in some vintage vibes :) Washer and dryer available for your use along with all other stainless steel Samsung appliances. The oven even has an airfry setting and it works great! Patio includes outdoor furniture, lawn games, both propane and charcoal grills, all available for your use. This place is simply delightful, you're going to love it here!
The Space:
Open concept living with a large but cozy “great room”, where the kitchen flows into the living room, and a large island with waterfall counters can seat 4 with counter height chairs on one side and 3 more stools available to sit around the sides. There is a dining table against the window that can be pulled out and unfolded to create more dining space if needed. Three couches in the living room create a nice large gathering space for people to sit around comfortably. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and on-suite bath with shower. 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed and dresser. 3rd bedroom has twin daybed with 2nd twin trundle underneath that can be pulled out and popped up to be same height as daybed. They can be pushed together or kept separate. 2nd hallway bathroom includes a bathtub. Laundry room available for your use. There are two extra twin fold out beds available upon request, but would have to be placed in living room or in master bdrm.
Guest Access:
Main house, front yard, patio and paved driveway available to you. The “guesthouse” below/back of property is separate and not for your use, although you may go through the backyard to access gate to get to the park and walking/bike path behind property, or to use the yard and/or sitting area. Also the gravel driveway to right of front yard is for guesthouse use. There may or may not be people occupying the guesthouse. You will likely not see or notice them, and rest assured they will not bother you :)
The patio at carport has a fire pit and sitting area with patio couches. The backyard has another sitting area with a porch swing, along with a gate that accesses the park and walking/bike path behind the property.
There is also a trampoline in the backyard. Please feel free to use it, but at your own risk. Owner/host not liable for any incident or injury that may occur from use of the trampoline.
Neighborhood Description
Sweet, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to everything! Awesome well-kept park right behind the house, with a gate in the backyard to get to it directly from the property. A Mexican restaurant two blocks away at the end of the street, Asian restaurants in the next blocks, and plenty more in all directions. Ask your host for more details! There is also a creek and walking trail/bike path which runs behind the property on the other side of the park. The bike path runs all the way to downtown. Bicycles available to use upon request!
Getting Around
Extra long driveway which you will have sole access to, a carport to park under, and plenty of free street parking as well. There are bus stops very nearby which can also take you to the light rail train system, which has routes to downtown, neighboring cities and the airport. Plenty of things within walking distance or get nearly anywhere around town by Uber/Lyft or taxi! Host may also be available for chauffeur services or tour experiences at an additional cost!

I can provide however much interaction you prefer! You can choose complete self check-in, or I am usually available to greet and give a quick tour/answer questions whenever you arrive. Of course, I will also be available via text/phone call should you have any questions or need anything during your stay!
