Positive: Location: the house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, easy to access, about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Nice set up right on a water canal. Easy access to grocery store (2 minutes away), shopping mall (10 minutes away) and airport (9 minutes away). Backyard: The backyard is a nice place to relax and go for a swim, with warm water and enough lounging furniture. House: Large floor plans on 2 floors. A lot of options to sleep at least 16. We were 5 colleagues and plenty of space to roam around. Kitchen is well equipped and have a lot of cabinet space. There are some spices and condiments. There is a nice game we didn't have a chance to use, but it's well equipped. Appliances: Very nice and clean appliances throughout. We used the dishwasher and laundry machines a couple of times. No issues, other than we would have appreciated a few additional pods for the DW or washing machine (a quick trip to the grocery store resolved that). Bedding and towels: All beds and bathrooms were well equipped. We didn't lack anything. There were extra towels and beddings in the 2nd floor closet and in the laundry room. Condition: Very good. A bit worn out here and there, but still very comfortable. Bathroom had some black spots on caulking but not major. Rental company: The team of the rental company was very responsive and helpful, by email or phone, within a few minutes every single time, even at night. Final thoughts: Very good location in quiet neighborhood, with easy access tot the city and airport (9 minutes), well equipped and very good communication.
Negative: We would have appreciated a few additional pods for the DW or washing machine (a quick trip to the grocery store resolved that). The only item we couldn't fin anywhere was the clothing iron and board, which was supposed to be somewhere, but we couldn't find it. The AC stopped working the 3rd night of our stay and it got very warm very quick. Maintenance ended coming the next night at around 8:30PM, and fixed the issue before we went to bed, which at that point had crept up to 88 deg!
