- While the cabin is sprayed monthly for bugs and insects, it is common in the mountains to find them lingering inside. You may see a few spiders in the winter and ants in the spring months, along with others. Though the owners do their very best to keep them at a minimum
- AWD/4WD or 2WD with chains are recommended when there's snow
- During the winter months, the top driveway located off of Mariposa Rd will be plowed. However, snow may need to be shoveled from the driveway to the front door
- This area is subject to short, forced power outages as wildfire prevention in dry and windy conditions. While rare, they are unavoidable. The owners will always communicate as soon as they know if there is a risk for an outage and provide resolution options. The home is equipped with extra flashlights just in case; however, there is no generator
- Firewood is not provided for the wood-burning stove
- Please do not charge electric vehicles at the property
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the house facing the parking spaces, and attached to the outdoor lights facing the stairs.
