Summary: We travels from North Carolina! It had been a good day but long day. When we arrived the gentleman at the counter was pleasant, cheerful but not trying too hard. He made my check in effortless. The room keys are a little wonky and the luggage carts at loud. I am traveling with an incontinent person so to have laundry facilities available on my floor was nice. However the dryer hadn’t been clean and there were cigarette butts in it. I use to work in hospitality I understand how hard it can be some days to get everything perfect so give the staff some grace even if your floor is a little sticky. Just let the staff know they will either clean it or move you rooms.
