Tucked away in a peaceful family community only 20 minutes away from Downtown Dubai, this one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming trip to Dubai. Surrounded by Arabian inspired architecture, lush gardens, with a modest interior and beautiful wooden finishes - we know you will love staying here. The enclosed kitchen has beautiful wooden cabinets with black marble counters and is equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals at home. The kitchen features a bay window which looks onto the dining area, keeping you connected to your loved ones while you cook up a storm. In the spacious shared dining and living space you will find a formal dining table comfortably seating four which you can enjoy your meals upon. Relax after a busy day on the comfortable sofas and watch some TV or sit together and plan the next days adventure. The living area opens onto a balcony with community and street views. In the bedroom you will find an oversized bed fitted with Key Views Signature linen that is so soft and cosy you will struggle getting up in the morning. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. All bathrooms are modern and sleek with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities, leaving you feeling refreshed and smelling great all day. There is a small laundry and storage room in the passage which is ideal storing away bigger items like suitcases.
The community also features a swimming pool, basket ball court, kids play area, beautiful landscaped gardens and one on site parking.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in toyourapartment.
