4 Bedroom Villa with Parking, Wellness Facilities and Air Conditioner
Traditional Finca with a tower of rural defensive architecture from the 17th century or earlier, with architecture of thick white walls that maintain a naturally fresh and spacious atmosphere thanks to the stone and its high Ibizan juniper wood ceilings.
In the lower part of the house there is a large living room equipped with TV with satellite, stereo and direct access to the terrace, pool and barbecue area. From the living room there is access to two bedrooms, both with two single beds (90x200cm). There is also direct access to a large, fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200cm) and another double bed (200x200cm). The single beds can be pushed together to make double beds. At the top of the house, there is another large terrace with chill-out sofas and views of the countryside including sunrise and sunset.
3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and the other has a wall fan. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside we find the pool area with terrace, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The garden area has two levels, there is a chill-out, dining room, barbecue area and sink.
Parking for two cars.
