Upon entering, you will walk into the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with it's very own coffee bar. No detail has been overlooked in the design and stocking of this kitchen. It even has two refrigerators perfectly placed for plenty of storage of all your food and refreshments. Enjoy filtered water and cooking meals with family in this open concept kitchen. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen offers a large dining table ready for you to enjoy meals as a family. If you're looking to dine outside you will find a large outdoor patio table in the private fenced backyard which offers a gas grill, fire pit and lawn furniture. Take in the sights and smells of the colorful perennials and fruit bushes while you relax and bask in the sun. If you find yourself stuck in the house on a rainy day there is an AppleTV in the main living room which offers access to all your favorite streaming apps and Spectrum TV's app for viewing network channels. Additionally, there is a work space with a 32" monitor in the Main Level Bedroom. This bedroom offers a Queen size Murphy Bed and has a private newly remodeled full bathroom with step in shower. The original custom wooden staircase has been beautifully restored and will lead you to the upstairs where you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The front bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a trundle with two twin beds and 1 bunk set with twin XL mattresses. Bedroom 3 offers private sleeping accommodations in a comfy Queen size bed. Bedroom 4 is equipped with a King size bed and another bunk set with twin XL mattresses. And last but not least, Bedroom 5 offers a Queen size bed and bunk set with twin XL mattresses. Conveniently, located near all bedrooms is a brightly lit, newly remodeled full bathroom with an elegant marble double sink vanity and tastefully restored antique claw tub and shower combo. A second bathroom with single vanity and stand up shower stall is located down the hall. You will also find a large newly remodeled third bathroom in the basement with a step in tile shower.
Timeless Memories is located directly on Ludington Ave providing for a front row seat to Ludington's various holiday parades and is a half mile from bustling Downtown Ludington. Casually walk to several alluring shops and
desirable restaurants from your front door. Or talk a short drive to Ludington's pristine Lake Michigan Beach located at Steans Park. This beach location is a local hot spot with access to miles of sandy beach, mini golf, a skate park, and concessions.
