The icing on the cake, an ideal rack for drying wetsuits in the laundry room, as well as an outdoor water point and storage for surfing equipment, make the after-surf session easier.On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms:- the first is equipped with a 160 bed convertible into 2 single beds,- the second has 4 single beds (including 2 bunk beds)- the third is a master suite with a 160 bed and a private shower room with an Italian shower.On this floor there is also a bathroom (shower and bath), a separate toilet and a large dressing room.On the entire 2nd floor, the converted attic serves as an exceptional cosy room, equipped with very thick carpet and two skylight-balconies from which you can observe the surf spots.
