Positive: The location and the place was as expected, a cute country house just 5 mins walk from the nearest beach. We had a wonderful relaxing time and the owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. We highly recommend it to travellers with family for a discreet quiet place with a big garden within a walking distance from the beach. The price is also great for the value we got.
Negative: It is not a matter of not liking but a matter of expectations. The property is exactly as you see in the photos and as described but one must have in mind: Besides the beach which was within walking distance, you do need a car for everything else. The apartment has all the amenities described that perfectly work but it is a country house, not a luxury city apartment. The garden is big for the kids or dog to play and there is a mini basketball court as depicted in the photos. But there is no elaborate landscaping with green grass all year round. It is more of a simple natural garden, well cleaned and maintained.
