Summary: 1. The information in the typed booklet was very out of date. Specifically with respect to the internet and TV. Very slow response to our emails and phone calls re problems with internet access. Issue was wrong details in the booklet! 2. Grey sofas badly stained 3. Very cheap mismatched cutlery some of which has sharp handles and is uncomfortable to hold. Suggest upgrading 3. Some art work would be nice, too many bare walls. 4. We stayed for 3 weeks no cleaning or clean bedding/ tea towels provided during that time. 5. Shower not draining well, needs servicing. 6. No toaster we bought one and left it for future guests. 7. No hair dryer listed but we found one on last day in a box under the sink! 8. Beds were comfortable and heating worked well. 9. Overall a bit shabby inside cheap furnishings and utensils- this really is a false economy and a missed opportunity for repeat business and referrals 10. And finally and very frustratingly we never figured out how to get free to air TV!
