Positive: Close to Stratford, nice local pub. Nice and cool during heatwave. Beds & sofas comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Two showers and downstairs toilet. Character features and spacious reception room. Parking directly outside front door. Enclosed rear garden with views.

Negative: Next to a farm so noise started before 7am on the Monday. Just happened to be a gathering on the Saturday night in the farmers field so noise until early hours. PAs it was hot windows open, flies a nuisance. Dinning table a little tired, upstairs bathroom needs some tlc on the finishes. Carpets need deep cleaning in places.
