Summary: Let’s start with the good. The apartment is in a good location , with free parking, and the price was good for a 3 bedroom place. The decor was really cute too and the bedding is new and clean. Now for the bad. Apartment I kinda dingy overall. There was no shower curtain In the shower, and we found it in a closet with a broken tension rod. There was also only enough toilet paper for about one person to use the bathroom with no back up rolls. The tv also is mounted on the wall and the power cord is about 5 inches too short to reach the power outlet, so the tv is useless. On top of all that, after simply sitting on one of the beds , the entire support collapsed. After lifting the mattress we saw the wood and metal support beams weren’t secured in any way and were simply floating an a propped up piece of wood. All of this was communicated to property as it happened, with no response. We’ve been checked out for 2 hours now and still haven’t heard anything back from them .
