Positive: Very clean, everything provided that we might need, including a lovely Cornish cream tea for two. Very nice surprise. Beaituful setting with love,y gardens in which we were able to sit and have a meal. Bedding towels etc immaculate and I would certainly recommend,

Negative: There was a slight ‘toilet smell ‘ as we went in but presumed that was due to the septic tank system.

Summary: Very enjoyable. We would return
