This architect-designed house uses combinations of wood and glass to offer a very open and functional space on three levels.
The living rooms – living room and dining room – like the kitchen form a unique 100 m2 unit offering access to the 100m2 teak terrace with heated swimming pool and an unobstructed 180° view of the village of Piraillan and the Bassin. A master suite with its terrace occupies the first floor of the house while four other bedrooms are located on the garden level, bordered by a long balcony. The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.
Note: this house is only offered on Abritel (HomeAway), AirBNB, Gens de Confiance and on no other rental site.

The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) is heated (Easter to All Saints' Day) and secured thanks to its electric roller shutter, the closing of which is centralized like all the shutters in the house. Its surroundings are equipped with 4 sun loungers and sitting pools.
The terrace accommodates a sheltered table and chairs for 12 people, an XXL gas grill area as well as an outdoor lounge composed of four sofas and 2 coffee tables.

The four bedrooms have new bedding and a wardrobe. Very bright, they open onto the outside thanks to a bay window.
