5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Private Pool

This home has five spacious bedrooms and three full baths (including a master bedroom) and is available for weekly/monthly rentals year-round. Situated on a 1.1 acre parcel of land on a private road near the train station in Westhampton, this home comes fully furnished and is perfect for families!
Outside amenities include a brand new (in 2019!) 2,300-square foot sun-drenched stone patio leading to a 20 x 40 foot heated pool surrounded by an additional stone patio. In close proximity to the pool is a five-person stand alone jacuzzi, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fire pit area and a Weber BBQ gas grill. Patio furniture includes (six) chaise lounge chairs with three umbrellas (in stands), a roll-out awning off the house, a dining table with umbrella and (8) chairs. Child safety fence around pool available upon request for an additional fee of $300. All you need to bring is a bathing suit!
The house features a master bedroom with master bathroom (king bed), two guest bedrooms (two queens) and one full bathroom on the main floor. The second floor features another guest bedroom (queen) and a children's "bunk" room which features 3 sets of bunk beds (all twin beds that sleep up to 6 children). Upstairs also has one full bathroom.
All linens and bath towels provided (however not beach towels) The living room, dining room, and kitchen all open to each other to create a ''great room''. Living room has a fireplace and large flat screen HDTV (Hi-def TV) with cable television and Dolby surround sound. Cable televisions also located in four of the five bedrooms. Entertainment center includes iPod docking station and SONOS. WiFi hookup provides wireless access throughout house and poolside. Front-loading GE washer/dryer and central air-conditioning (CAC).
Brand new kitchen in 2014 with a large island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and separate wine/beer fridge! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all utensils, plates, glassware, pots and pans, coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Large farm table for dining...
Walk to train (five minutes), drive to Westhampton's Main Street 2 (three minutes), drive to public beach (seven minutes) or bike to beach (15 minutes)!!
Or just lounge poolside! Pikes Beach and Cupsogue Beach are in close proximity and are open to the public year- round. Easy access to the Tanger Mall and the North Fork wineries as well!

Summary: This was our our fifth time renting either in or in the vicinity of the Hamptons. Although we enjoyed each of our previous stays, we did not fall in love with any of our past rentals, and always opted to try out something new the following year. After having stayed at Rob's Westhampton home, I can definitely say that we cannot possibly hope do better as far as our family's needs and priorities are concerned. Based on the pictures, we expected the backyard to be wonderful, and it was indeed absolutely stunning, offering plenty of entertainment for our young children and their grown-ups alike. The fantastic play structure, the perfectly heated pool, and the well maintained hot tub were highlights of our stay. The yard and pool get plenty of sunshine but there were also shaded areas, including a huge retractable awning on the deck. We primarily opted for this rental because of the yard, but were positively surprised by the house itself, which had just been tastefully renovated, including brand-new hardwood floors. The beds were comfortable, the open kitchen and living room bright and inviting, and the kids room upstairs was a safe, carpeted space for our one- and four-year old boys to play in. Over time we discovered many little details and realized how thoughtfully the place had been decorated, with a laid back, beach-house sensibility that was family friendly and never felt stuffy. Overall, for our party of five (three adults and two kids) Rob's place was the perfect size to spend quality time together while also being able to spread out and have privacy. Rob was the perfect host, who responded speedily to our messages, provided helpful recommendations, heated the pool to our liking, and kindly provided a high chair and pack'n play for us to use. We paid a fee to have a pool fence installed, and appreciated having this option. Last but not least, we thoroughly enjoyed the town of Westhampton, including a lovely dinner at Flora, strolling, shopping, and ice cream on Main street, driving down to the restaurants in Hampton Bays (including our favorite, Cowfish), outings to Cupsogue beach and to the North Fork, and plenty of kid-friendly activities, from the petting zoo to the aquarium. We sincerely hope to have an opportunity to come back.
