Positive: The property is beautiful! It is off the main road, so the area was quiet and peaceful enough for relaxation, but there were enough restaurants, shops, and activity centers close enough for a good, fun, family time! The location caters to those who love QUIET moments! Residents appreciate serenity, so I would not recommend the spot for families with noisy kids or large groups! If you’re looking for a place to quietly commune with nature as we were, the location is great!

Negative: While many of the neighbors were very pleasant, because the spot is occupied primarily by Caucasians, my African-American family faced a few awkward stares and we unfortunately faced one blatantly racist situation that did work out in our favor! That was unfortunate as again, most of the residents were great people and it was a pleasure meeting them!
