Parking: One parking space is provided in the lot. A parking permit will be issued and must be returned upon departure to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 4 guests at any given time. Children under 2 do not count towards the guest count. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property.
