Summary: Overall we really loved the property and amenities at the sunset house! There were however a few issues. There was not a third king bedroom accessible (there was one door in the house that was locked, which may be where the third king room bathroom exist but we could not enter). Additionally, when we arrived at the house it did not look like anyone had cleaned. The kitchen counters and floors were covered in crumbs and there was food left in the toaster oven and microwave. The bathroom showers and sinks were also a bit grimy. The provided blankets on each of the beds had stains and did not appear to be laundered. After we cleaned the place and replaced the linens, we were able to settle in and enjoy a relaxing weekend. I would recommend updating the listing if the third king bedroom is not to be accessed by guests (as it also had one of the bathrooms attached). Additionally, it would be nice to know prior to booking that linens, towels, and tp are not provided.
