Summary: The staff members were so welcoming and did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. When I return to Florence, I won’t stay anywhere else. Eduardo at breakfast gave the most amazing shopping recommendations and made the stay even more enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the butler team, our stay was the best ever!
